Project Brief
As health & wellbeing becomes a part of people’s everyday life there is a need for an easy way to achieve a fit & healthy lifestyle. The project aim was to create an app that promotes positive behaviour change around diet and activity, that would run over an 8 week period. The app would cater to ages 25 – 55 with variable abilities. Everyday, a user is presented with a challenge; each challenge will have a score associated with it. The dashboard would show the user’s performance and progression over the 8 weeks. The key was to keep the user encouraged to login to the service on a daily basis to receive the appropriate rewards & incentives and leverage social and group activity.
